gorgeous hotel, appreciated our stay, it had good food and incredible location in the conference centre next door. location: the property was near good connection to the city centre, the "intermodellbau 2016-messe für modellbau und modellsport ", and a bridge. local fast food option cine bar was 10 minutes walk away.

If you're a football fan, this hotel is a must. My teenage son and I stayed here for a few nights to watch the football and were blown away. The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to the stadium, making it easy to soak up the atmosphere without dealing with crowded trains. Even if you're just here for shopping, there's a nearby station for an easy commute. The complimentary beers in the fridge upon arrival were a nice touch, and we loved the balcony view with electric shutter blinds. Plus, the power shower was fantastic. But the real highlight was the staff - they were exceptional and made us feel incredibly welcome. Mercure, please give them a well-deserved incentive!

Clean Hotel with a nice quiet relaxed atmosphere

The hotel had a fantastic location, perfect for watching football matches at the Westfallenstadion. the complementary beers in the fridge on arrival were a great touch. We loved the lovely balcony view and the electric shutter blinds. the power shower was also a highlight. As a family with 2 small kids, we appreciated the clean and modern facilities.

Felt so welcome, no complaints.

Distance to soccer stadium Signal Iduna Park

the qulity of the rooms was less than satisfactory. the furniture, tiling,etc are mediocre and old and needs refurbishment.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the welcoming and friendly reception staff, who made me feel right at home. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, especially if you're a football fan like me. It's just a short walk away from the stadium, making it incredibly convenient. And let me tell you, the atmosphere on game day is truly electric!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. The location, the service, and the amenities provided here are all of the highest quality.

The hotel is right next to the Westfallen center, which is why we chose it. You can walk to the different arenas.

Proximity to Wesrfalenstadion

The location of Mercure was incredible. Being just a two minute walk away from the stadium was extremely convenient, especially for me as I wanted to attend the Dortmund game. The proximity to the fan shop "fan welt" was also a major plus, as my kids loved visiting it every day. The stadium tour, which was available in English, was a must-do and provided a great experience. Despite the rooms being a bit outdated, they were still comfortable enough for our stay. The breakfast, which was included, offered a good variety of continental options.

Our room was modern with 2 French balconies and a complimentary mini bar, the service was excellent, and the check-in process was straightforward.

there was no air-condition in the room. The windows on the groundfloor can't be opened fully.
